PumbaPhoto (pumbaphoto.com) is a private photo proofing and delivery portal for photography clients. The photographer uploads session photos to a private gallery; assigned clients log in to review photos, submit selections, and receive edited images. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Accounts are created by the photographer for their clients. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your account or gallery links with others. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact web@pumbaphoto.com.
All photographs on this service are the work of the photographer, who retains copyright. Clients receive personal-use rights to their delivered images as set out in their separate client agreement with the photographer. Nothing in these terms transfers copyright or grants commercial-use rights.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Galleries and the portal itself may be modified, suspended, or retired at the end of a client engagement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PumbaPhoto and the photographer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the associated photography services, as governed by your client agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
